How an Asset Audit Runs

Scope and plan

We review your register, asset classes, site list and timeline, then agree the sample or full-count approach with your finance team.

Tag

Assets without an identifier get a barcode, QR or RFID label. Labels are chosen for the environment — a label on a warehouse rack isn't the label for a server room.

Scan

Assets are scanned site by site and captured with location, condition, custodian and photograph.

Reconcile

Every scan is matched against your register automatically. Matches, variances, unrecorded assets and missing assets are separated.

Report and sign off

You receive a variance report, an updated register and a documented methodology your statutory auditors can rely on.

Keep it current
