This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and NextMegabyte.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). • Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could harm, disrupt, or impair the Software or Company systems

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software—including its content, design, code, trademarks, and logos—are the exclusive property of NextMegabyte.com or its licensors.

The Software is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease all use of the Software
• You must delete or destroy all copies in your possession

We may also terminate or restrict access at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextMegabyte.com shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Software.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information when required
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update, enhance, or modify the Software or this Agreement at any time.

For any material changes to this Agreement, we will provide at least 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use of the Software after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in.
